Senior AI Engineer

Experience : 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in production AI systems

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI and ML solutions. The role involves hands-on development, system design, and strategic contributions across intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML models for automation, analytics, and decision-making

- Research and implement advanced AI techniques including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning

- Build and optimize ML pipelines, model serving systems, and monitoring frameworks

- Develop data transformation and intelligent automation systems

- Integrate LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar tools

- Design agent-based AI systems to automate multi-step workflows

- Integrate AI solutions with third-party systems via APIs and event-driven architectures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI use cases

- Establish ML best practices including version control, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in AI and ML engineering with proven production deployments

- Strong expertise in LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with fine-tuning, RAG implementation, and managing LLM performance and costs

- Experience building agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields

- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

- Experience with major LLM providers and vector databases

- Experience in building conversational AI systems or chatbots
