About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as the technical authority, driving scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe implementations while mentoring technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.

- Serve as the technical design authority for platform customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

- Establish and govern platform standards, development best practices, and upgrade-safe architecture.

- Review and approve solution designs and implementation strategies.

- Lead architecture discussions across multiple ServiceNow programs.

- Perform platform health assessments focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

- Guide implementation teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.

- Partner with executive stakeholders and business leaders to align technology with business objectives.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.

- Experience with one or more of the following :

1. CSM

2. HRSD

3. ITOM

4. ITAM

5. Custom Applications

- Hands-on experience with :

1. CMDB

2. CSDM

3. Flow Designer

4. IntegrationHub

5. JavaScript

6. MID Server

7. REST APIs

8. SOAP APIs

- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- CIS - ITSM

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
