Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Sr. Delivery Manager ERP to lead end-to-end delivery, architecture, and optimization of enterprise ERP systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management, with a focus on driving scalable ERP solutions aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end ERP solution architecture, delivery, and implementation

- Lead ERP customization, configuration, and enhancement initiatives based on business requirements

- Drive ERP integration with internal systems, third-party applications, and external platforms

- Oversee ERP data management, including data migration, validation, governance, and quality

- Ensure robust reporting and analytics capabilities within ERP systems

- Manage ERP troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Drive project planning, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk management

- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and documentation standards

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and team productivity

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms)

- Expertise in ERP customization, configuration, and module enhancements

- Hands-on experience in ERP integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)

- Strong understanding of ERP data structures, data migration, and data governance

- Experience in ERP reporting tools and dashboards

- Knowledge of database systems (SQL) and enterprise architecture patterns

Key Requirements :

- Experience in ERP implementation, architecture, and delivery management

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end ERP projects and large-scale implementations

- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to balance technical depth with delivery ownership and timelines

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Good to Have :

- Experience working in IT services/consulting environments

- Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions (S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, etc.)

- Certifications in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics)

- Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models
