Senior Appian Developer

Job Overview :

We are seeking experienced Appian Developers to design and build scalable, high-performance business applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Appian development, including interface design using SAIL, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform

- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using SAIL (Appian Interface Design)

- Develop scalable and efficient workflows, process models, and business rules

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability

- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of Appian applications

- Follow best practices for Appian development and ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in Appian development

- Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM and application development

- Expertise in SAIL for building dynamic user interfaces

- Experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications

- Good understanding of workflows, process automation, and business rules

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Appian certification(s) (e.g., Appian Certified Associate/Lead Developer)

- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Knowledge of databases and system integrations
