Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Anaplan model building, production support, performance optimization, and Connected Planning. Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Financial Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Anaplan models.

- Build and enhance modules, lists, line items, dashboards, actions, and UX pages.

- Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Anaplan solutions following best practices.

- Optimize model performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical Anaplan solutions.

- Independently implement configuration changes and business enhancements.

- Manage enhancement backlogs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Monitor model health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure platform stability.

- Manage user access, security roles, and model governance.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge base articles.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and cross-functional technical teams.

- Participate in governance reviews, operational reviews, and service improvement initiatives.

- Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in Anaplan model building and enterprise planning solutions.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Anaplan model development and Connected Planning.

- Experience in designing modules, lists, line items, dashboards, actions, and UX pages.

- Proficiency in model optimization, performance tuning, and best practices.

- Experience providing L2/L3 production support and incident management.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Financial Planning, or S&OP processes.

- Knowledge of data integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect certification is preferred.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and ETL processes is desirable.
