Role Overview :

5 - 8 years of overall Workday experience with strong expertise in Workday Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Procurement.

- Strong experience developing and maintaining Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.

- Experience with Workday Business Process Management (BPM), workflow configuration, and approval design.

- Working knowledge of Workday Financials integrations and associated data flows.

- Experience supporting finance operations in a global enterprise environment.

- Strong understanding of period-end and year-end financial close processes.

- Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to Workday Financials enhancement projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Financial Management (Core Financials) Certification.

- Experience with Workday Projects, Grants Management, or Business Assets.

- Exposure to Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.

- Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.

- Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial controls.

- Previous experience working with a consulting organization, system integrator, Big 4 firm, or Workday-certified partner.
