Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strong SAP SD and SAP S/4 HANA configuration expertise with deep Order-to-Cash process knowledge

- Deliver SAP SD projects using ASAP methodology from Business Blueprint through realization, go-live, and support phases.

- Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including sales document types, item categories, and schedule line categories.

- Manage and enhance pricing procedures, condition records, and copy control mechanisms.

- Support master data management including customer master, material master, and customer material info records.

- Handle enhancements, incident tickets, and change requests to support ongoing business operations.

- Work on key SD scenarios including third-party sales, intercompany sales, STO, returns, cash sales, rush orders, and consignment processes.

- Support credit memo and debit memo request processes and related pricing impacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and business continuity.

Skills Required :

- Strong experience in SAP SD and SAP S/4 HANA with hands-on configuration expertise.

- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and sales lifecycle management.

- Good knowledge of pricing procedures, route determination, copy control, and condition techniques.

- Experience handling multiple SD business scenarios such as third-party, intercompany, STO, returns, and consignment.

- Proficiency in managing master data including customer, material, and condition records.

- Ability to handle production support, enhancements, and incident management effectively.

- Familiarity with third-party risk management concepts is an added advantage.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
