Role Overview :

The position is for an experienced Workday Integration and Extend Developer in the Corporate Enablers team. You will primarily focus on Integration and Extend Apps support and development for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence management, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking, and Talent management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in application development and support of critical in-house HR applications.

- Responsibilities include analysis, design, production, and implementation support.

- Exposure to Workday version upgrade activities.

Technical Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration and Extend development.

- Expertise in report development using Report Writer.

- Integration development using EIB, Cloud Connect/Core Connector (including payroll interface), DT, and Workday Studio.

- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, Workday Docs, BIRT, and Business Process configuration.

- Experience in Extend apps development and support is a plus.

Certifications :

- Workday Integration and Extend certifications are preferred.
