Role Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer specializing in high-speed SerDes and memory interface circuits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, and high-speed Tx-Rx design along with strong fundamentals in analog and I/O design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and development of high-speed SerDes/Memory interface circuits including I/Os, PLLs, clocking circuits, and datapaths.
- Hands-on implementation of PCIe Gen3/4/5/6 and GDDRx / DDRx / LPDDRx memory interfaces.
- Work on high-speed analog Tx-Rx designs and contribute to high-speed Phy architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate high-speed analog Phy for PCIe, DDR, and die-die protocols.
- Ensure signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), ESD, and reliability compliance.
- Lead and manage complex IP development, handling cross-functional dependencies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in analog and I/O design best practices.
- Work on cutting-edge technology nodes like 16nm, 12nm, 10nm, 7nm.
- Provide design reviews, documentation, and participate in problem-solving discussions.
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong fundamentals in Analog Circuit Design.
- Expertise in High-Speed Interface Design.
- Hands-on experience in Memory interfaces (DDR/LPDDR) and PCIe (Gen3/4/5/6).
- Knowledge of ESD, Reliability, SI/PI principles.
- Experience with high-speed Tx-Rx and Phy architecture.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
- Experience in die-die protocols for multi-die systems.
- Prior work in advanced process nodes (16nm, 12nm, 10nm, 7nm).
- Leadership experience in handling complex IPs.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
