We are looking for a Senior AIML Developer to design, build, and improve a data-driven Financial System. The role involves working across financial data, ML models, APIs, and production systems to deliver personalized, compliant, and scalable system.

You will work closely with product, domain experts, and engineering teams to convert financial logic and data into robust ML-powered solutions.

Responsibilities (KRAs / Deliverables/job Expectations) :

- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for performance.

- Develop Python-based APIs using FastAPI and Django frameworks.

- Lead the development and integration of AI/ML models into web applications.

- Monitor model performance, drift, and accuracy over time, recalibrate models as market conditions evolve.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and implementation.

- Ensure efficient data processing and model deployment in production environments.

- Optimize AI, ML models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and web development technologies.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Django frameworks.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud computing, and database management.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools for automating machine learning workflows.

- Understanding of frontend and backend development for AI-powered applications.

- Ability to work with large datasets (financial datasets preferred).

- Experience building recommendation systems or financial models preferred.
