Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AI Analyst with 25 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to develop and deploy intelligent solutions across the Life Insurance value chain. The ideal candidate will lead model development, ensure business integration, and deliver actionable insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy ML/AI models using algorithms like Logistic Regression, SVM, XGBoost, Time Series, and Generative AI.

- Apply transfer learning and leverage pre-trained APIs to accelerate AI solutioning.

- Work with large data sets using Python and PySpark to derive meaningful business insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate, monitor, and improve model performance.

- Own end-to-end solution delivery and integrate models into business processes.

- Explore emerging AI trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications :

- Masters in computer science, IT, or related field from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes.

- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.

- Experience with AWS ML stack preferred.

- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and GPU/TPU environments is a plus.
