Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python, Django, and AWS to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and working closely with frontend and product teams to deliver reliable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Django

- Design and build RESTful APIs to support frontend and product requirements

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS

- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Design, manage, and optimize databases and data models

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

- Implement security, authentication, and data protection best practices

- Use Celery for background jobs and task scheduling

- Manage caching and message brokering using Redis

- Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding practices

- Handle synchronous and asynchronous workflows efficiently

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 4 years of backend development experience using Python and Django

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and Django ORM

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of software development best practices
