Job Title : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job description :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Own solution design and architecture decisions for Salesforce implementations

- Define best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for the team

- Review and approve Apex, LWC, integrations, and data model designs

- Guide the team on performance optimization, scalability, and governor limits

- Guide the team for all the technical inputs.

Salesforce Development :

- Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Async processing)

- Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

- Strong experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Declarative Automation

- Write and enforce high-quality test classes and code coverage standards

Integrations & Architecture :

- Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems

- Strong understanding of : REST & SOAP APIs

- OAuth and authentication mechanisms

- JSON / XML data formats

- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms (preferred)

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Platform Events, and async integrations

- Ability to evaluate build vs buy decisions for integrations

DevOps & Engineering Excellence :

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

- Enforce deployment, branching, and release management strategies

- Strong understanding of test automation and quality gates

- Support environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)

Team & Project Management :

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers

- Perform code reviews and provide technical coaching

- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders

- Assist in estimation, sprint planning, and technical risk management

- Ensure on-time delivery and technical quality of projects

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Proven experience leading complex Salesforce projects

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments and handling multiple stakeholders.

Certifications Required :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
