SDWAN Specialist - Network Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise network and digital infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Develop and review High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD), and Bill of Materials (BoM) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverables.

- Drive SD-WAN transition and transformation projects, ensuring seamless migration, optimization, and performance improvements.

- Own end-to-end network delivery including budgeting, milestone tracking, forecasting, and estimation while ensuring KPIs of time, cost, and quality are consistently met.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, deployment methods, and industry trends across digital infrastructure.

- Provide technical leadership across domains including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless Networking, AI-driven networking, network automation and programmability, cloud infrastructure, and digital workplace solutions.

- Lead technical discussions with customers, translating business requirements into scalable and secure solutions.

- Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality assurance of all technical designs and deliverables.

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP responses, bids, and outsourcing strategies.

- Drive continuous service improvements and contribute to defining the organizations technology roadmap.

Service Delivery & Operations :

- Ensure effective service delivery by managing SLAs, tracking milestones, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

- Oversee resource planning, mobilization, and allocation to meet project and service requirements.

- Manage partner and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal business units.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in network and digital infrastructure technologies.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale network solutions.

- Expertise in SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with AI-driven networking, automation, and programmability.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and delivery timelines.

- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics.

- Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and RFP/bid management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical conversations with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
