SDET Lead - Cypress/Javascript

Description :

- Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid-3 days a week wfo)

- Mandatory skills : Cypress, JavaScript, Typescript , Lead experience

- Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days

What You Will Bring :

- 6+ years' experience working in Quality Engineering teams within modern SaaS or platform organizations in cloud-native environments (AWS).

- Lead Experience minimum 1+ years.

- Strong experience in cypress.

- Expertise in working with scaling automated testing infrastructure, including integration with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).

- Knowledge of testing strategies and tools across the pyramid, from unit to E2E,including api contract and integration testing (Cypress, Pact, K6).

- Solid front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript, enabling effective collaboration across full-stack teams.

- Familiarity with observability tools and best practices for improving test signal and pipeline feedback loops.

- Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence fellow engineering and product stakeholders across the org.

- Foster a cross platform collaborative testing mindset to ensure quality flows through the ClientsCloud Ecosystem Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions

- Experience in integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub)

- A strategic growth mindset paired with a desire to learn and mentor others with a pragmatic, system-thinking approach to quality at scale.

- Keen interest to stay updated on the latest industry trends like AI powered Testing.

Education :

- B.E. / B. Tech/BCA, M. Tech / MCA full time from a recognized University.
