We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of telecom-focused digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and possess excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Scrum Master for 1 - 2 Agile teams working on telecom projects/products.

- Guide and coach the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.

- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

- Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.

- Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support the teams in achieving their goals.

- Track and report on team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, capacity) to identify trends and

areas for improvement.

- Ensure team alignment with SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including PI Planning and

System Demos.

- Work with stakeholders to manage dependencies and facilitate cross-team coordination.

- Promote Agile best practices across the organization and mentor junior Scrum Masters if needed.

- Ensure alignment of deliverables with telecom business objectives and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in IT/Software industry, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Experience in the Telecom domain is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe framework.

- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master - SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is

preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Agile transformation initiatives in telecom organizations.

- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, or system integration in telecom projects.

- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems, network operations, or 5G technologies is a plus.
