Scrum Master S/4HANA Program

Role : SAFe Scrum Master SAP S/4HANA Delivery

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a senior SAP SAFe Scrum Master with 10 - 14+ years of experience to facilitate Agile teams delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role requires strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge, SAP delivery exposure, and servant leadership.

- Facilitate Scrum events : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Coach teams on Scrum and SAFe practices

- Remove impediments and manage team dependencies

- Work closely with Product Owners and RTEs

- Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready and Done

- Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt

- Track team metrics and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as servant leader for Agile teams

- Drive team predictability and quality

- Promote collaboration and transparency

- Escalate risks and impediments appropriately

Requirements :

- Minimum 10 - 14+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum

- Proven experience as SAFe Scrum Master on SAP programs

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA delivery

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred

- Strong facilitation and communication skills

- Customer interviews are delivery and facilitation focused

- Evaluation emphasizes servant leadership and team enablement
