Position Overview :

As Scrum Master Manager, you will define and execute the strategic Agile roadmap, coaching multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-impact insurance products. You will partner with Product Owners and business sponsors to refine backlogs, eliminate blockers, and align delivery with organisational goals.

You will champion best practices across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, embedding a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be critical in tackling scalability challenges, enhancing predictability, and boosting overall team engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles, driving excellence across frameworks.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.

- Identify and remove impediments through proactive stakeholder engagement.

- Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) for transparent progress updates.

- Drive continuous improvement by translating retrospective insights into actionable plans.

- Support enterprise-wide Agile adoption, sharing best practices and fostering cross-team collaboration.

Education & Experience Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification; SAFe POPM/SPC a plus.

- 8-10 years of work experience, with 6+ years specifically as an Agile/Scrum Master.

- Proven track record in SDLC projects and large-scale Agile transformations.

- Experience managing multiple Agile teams concurrently in a digital-first, cloud-native environment.
