Responsibilities:

- Serve as Agile Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, interact with product, delivery, and business partners.

- Should be able to manage multiple initiatives (at-least 2).

- Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective communication and identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery.

- Support team commitments and delivery predictability.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

- Collaborate throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and guiding on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter experts and testing new functionality.

- Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software.

- Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams.

- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.

- Excellent hands on in Agile and Scrum Delivery framework.

- Agile Project Management exp is must.

Qualifications:

- Good experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO).

- 2+ years experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master.

- Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence.

- Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks.
