Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / POD Lead to drive Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. The role requires strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Drive Agile practices across the POD and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban frameworks.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.

- Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

- Identify and remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity.

- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.

- Maintain project dashboards and track delivery metrics using JIRA.

- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

- Support the team in achieving sprint and release commitments.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5-8 years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile Project Management / POD Lead roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.

- Expertise in Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, and Agile delivery.

- Strong experience with JIRA and Agile dashboards/reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
