Role Proficiency:

Partner with up to two business and technology teams to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts; delivering the business vision.

Role & responsibilities:

- Scrum Facilitation Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:

- Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

- Ensure the team understands and follows Scrum values, principles, and practices.

- Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and psychological safety. Collaboration & Communication Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog.

- Promote transparency of work and progress through metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).

- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove cross-team blockers.

- Process Improvement Drive adoption of Agile best practices across the organization. Support the team in improving workflow efficiency and delivery quality.

- Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).

- Background in software development or IT project management.

- Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
