About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for AI/ML and Data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Scrum practices, stakeholder management, sprint execution, dependency management, and cross-functional team coordination while working with AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Analytics teams.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of IT experience with relevant Scrum Master experience.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming and Stakeholder Management.

- Expertise in Dependency Management and RAID Tracking.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Exposure to AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics or Digital Transformation projects will be highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM or equivalent Agile certification.

- Experience working with AI/ML or Data Engineering teams is an added advantage.
