Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master Techno Functional professional with strong Agile and SDLC expertise and exposure to the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role requires a blend of project management, techno-functional understanding, Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Scrum Master and Agile coach for cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including :

1. Daily Stand-ups

2. Sprint Planning

3. Sprint Reviews

4. Retrospectives

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlogs.

- Ensure smooth execution of Agile processes and adherence to Scrum principles.

- Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams to align project goals and deliverables.

- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project performance metrics.

- Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive resolution proactively.

- Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.

- Work closely with technical and business teams to bridge functional and technical requirements.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

- Experience working in Agile transformation or enterprise Agile environments is an advantage.

Experience Required :

- Minimum 6 years and maximum 8 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments is mandatory.

- BFSI domain exposure is preferred.
