Role Overview :

As a SCRUM MASTER + BA at Sysmind Tech PVT LTD in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of software projects by facilitating Agile methodologies and eliciting comprehensive business requirements. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient workflows, and alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing project outcomes and maximizing value delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.

- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear and actionable user stories.

- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the development team's progress, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Guide the team in self-organization and continuous improvement, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and system specifications.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating concerns as needed.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum teams and implement Agile methodologies effectively.

- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
