Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our teams follow Agile and Scrum practices. You will guide the team, remove blockers, and make sure projects are delivered on time with good quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Make sure the team follows Scrum and Agile principles

- Remove obstacles that slow down the teams work

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders

- Track sprint progress and report status to management

- Help improve team performance and collaboration

- Coach the team on continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum framework

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

- Familiar with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications :

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar)

- Experience working in IT / Software development projects
