Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.

- Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and provide regular project updates. Work with cross-functional teams like UI/UX to generate design, create user stories, task completion, agile ceremonies, generate project management matrices, handling end-to-end project life cycle.

- Act as a liaison between product owners, development teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.

- Remove team impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to measure team performance and project progress (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).

- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and mindset.

- Perform cross-project audits wrt to Agile practices.

- Prepare various MIS reports for all projects to review at management level.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

- Proven experience interacting directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.

- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.

- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I or equivalent Agile certification.

- Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).

- Background in software development, business analysis, or project management.
