Scrum Master

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices, excellent communication, and facilitation skills, and preferably experience working with EMR/EHR, clinical workflows or US healthcare applications.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience in Agile software development, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC.

- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.

- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, BA, and DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.

- Ability to identify, track, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies.

- Healthcare Experience - Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate core Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and consistent delivery velocity.

- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process by tracking progress and identifying bottlenecks to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

- Maintain and optimize project backlogs within Azure DevOps and TFS to provide stakeholders with real time visibility into development progress.

- Document project requirements, meeting outcomes, and knowledge-sharing assets in Confluence to ensure organizational clarity and long-term project sustainability.
