Role : Scrum Master

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.

- Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering value.

- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of self-organization and collaboration.

- Work with the product owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and refined.

- Track and communicate team progress, including sprint burndown charts and velocity metrics, to stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile principles and practices.

- Proven experience in using Jira for project tracking and reporting.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
