About the Role :

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and continuously improve Agile processes.

Additionally, you should be able to build out a large waterfall timeline with all delivery phases and then execute with scrum master ceremonies.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies :

i. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

ii. Ensure that Agile ceremonies are effective and productive.

- Remove Impediments :

i. Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the teams progress.

ii. Work with team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise.

- Promote Agile Best Practices :

i. Champion Agile principles and methodologies within the team.

ii. Provide coaching and guidance on Agile practices to team members and stakeholders.

- Team Collaboration :

i. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

ii. Encourage open communication and ensure that all team members have a voice.

- Track and Report Progress :

i. Monitor and report on the progress of sprints and projects.

ii. Use Agile tools to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuous Improvement :

i. Lead the team in identifying and implementing process improvements.

ii. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

- Stakeholder Management :

i. Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

ii. Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.

Required Experience :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

- Experience with the Waterfall methodology

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Familiar with SAFe and with experience conducting PI planning.

- Working knowledge of ADO - Azure Dev Boards

- Experience working in the consumer goods or FMCG industry is nice to have

Other Details :

- Full-time role, couple of hours overlap with CST early hours

Additional Notes :

- Software delivery experience is ideal, not only agile coaching or acting as a scrum master

- Manage conflicts, risk & dependencies across global teams.

- They need to know how to balance business priorities with technical challenges during sprint planning

- Experience using Azure DevOps as a Project Management tool.
