Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, release backlogs, and team capacity.

- Guide teams in defining user stories, estimating tasks, and tracking progress.

- Resolve project roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of releases.

- Mentor and coach team members in agile principles and best practices.

- Utilize project management tools like Jira to track progress, manage risks, and generate reports.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

- Experience with project management tools like Jira

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to lead and mentor agile teams

- Scrum Master certification and PMP certification (preferred)
