Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach multiple Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across teams.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall experience in the IT / Software industry

- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

- Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in parallel

- Experience working in large-scale Agile or enterprise environments

Technical & Methodology Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile frameworks

- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus (preferred)

- Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and cloud-based delivery models

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as :

• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps
• Rally

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

- Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure Scrum principles are followed

- Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams

- Track and report Agile metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making

Soft Skills :

- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to influence without authority

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Advanced CSM (A-CSM)

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist

- PMI-ACP (Optional)

- This role requires strictly working from the Hyderabad office
