We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will have more than a decade of experience leading agile teams and a successful track record of delivering large-scale Agile programs, especially within SAFe environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or two Agile teams within a SAFe enterprise.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.

- Work closely with RTEs, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to align delivery and dependencies.

- Ensure the team follows SAFe principles, Scrum values, built-in quality practices from XP, and WIP limits from Kanban.

- Coach teams on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and transparency in delivery.

- Track team velocity, backlog health, and sprint progress using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

- Manage and eliminate blockers that hinder team progress.

- Drive cultural adoption of openness, respect, courage, commitment, and focus.

- Support knowledge sharing and document best practices using Confluence, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams.

- Experience participating in at least three SAFe Program Increments (PIs) with a clear understanding of SAFe team structures.

- Proficiency in Agile development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Pair Programming.

- Strong facilitation, mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

- Experience in promoting and tracking Agile metrics like burndown charts, velocity, and capacity planning.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, Crystal, and FDD.

- Knowledge of Agile techniques like user stories, Agile games, automated testing, and continuous testing.

- Previous experience as a team lead or Agile delivery manager is highly desirable .
