Scrum Master

We are hiring a Scrum Master for our growing team in Pune! If you're passionate about Agile, team collaboration, and delivering real impact we want to hear from you.

Location : Pune (Hybrid/Onsite as per project needs)

Experience : Minimum 8 years as a Scrum Master

Joining Timeline : Immediate to 45 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies : Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Coach and mentor Agile teams on principles and best practices

- Act as a servant leader, removing blockers and enabling delivery

- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams for smooth and effective sprints

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

- Strong command over Scrum and Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAFe framework

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
