Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail O2C Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, and retail business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail, integration between POS, SAP CAR, and S/4HANA, and end-to-end retail implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional activities across SAP S/4HANA Retail Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including order management, delivery, pricing, billing, returns, and related O2C functions.

- Work on retail-specific business processes and integration requirements across POS, SAP CAR/POS DTA or POS DM, and S/4HANA.

- Design and implement pricing, billing, sales order, delivery, and invoicing processes based on business requirements.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and scalable SAP solutions.

- Configure SAP S/4HANA Retail and support end-to-end O2C process design and implementation.

- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.

- Lead integration and data-flow analysis across POS, CAR, and S/4HANA.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and configuration documentation.

- Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and support defect resolution across O2C and retail processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Support cutover, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.

- Drive solution design, functional architecture, and design decisions for complex retail O2C requirements.

- Contribute to Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations and process transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in SAP SD/O2C with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and end-to-end O2C processes.

- Strong understanding of pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, and invoicing.

- Mandatory experience in at least one Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation.

- Experience with SAP CAR and POS DM/POS integration is strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of POSCAR S/4HANA integration and retail data flows.

- Experience in functional configuration, requirements gathering, testing, defect resolution, and implementation support.

- Ability to work with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in solution design, functional architecture, and leading complex implementation workstreams is required.
