Job Overview :

- Configure and manage Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM Planning solutions.

- Optimize forecasting accuracy, inventory levels, and supply planning processes.

- Manage supply and demand balancing, material planning, and capacity planning activities.

- Work on backlog management and order rescheduling based on supply availability.

- Support supply chain collaboration processes with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

- Utilize Planning Central for real-time supply chain monitoring and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.

- Perform testing, issue resolution, user training, and post-implementation support.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain planning operations.
