Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for web development initiatives.

- Manage a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers; assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Ensure high-quality standards in all project deliverables, including UI/UX, functionality, and performance.

- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors (if any).

- Maintain documentation, reports, and project updates for transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience managing website or web application development projects.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
