We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development, architecture, and large-scale deployment of next-generation AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving innovation while building scalable, secure, and high-performance technology ecosystems.

As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in defining the company's technology vision, engineering strategy, and platform architecture, while building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, cloud-native architectures, and product scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and drive the overall technology vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture strategy for the organization.

- Align technology initiatives with business objectives, product innovation, and market opportunities.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in AI, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems to maintain a competitive advantage.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, innovation, and scalability.

AI & Platform Architecture :

- Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML-driven platforms and intelligent systems.

- Architect scalable, cloud-native platforms capable of handling high-volume data and real-time processing.

- Oversee the development of data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI-driven product capabilities.

- Ensure robust architecture that supports high availability, resilience, and performance at scale.

Engineering & Product Development :

- Build and lead high-performing engineering, data, and platform teams.

- Establish best practices for software development, DevOps, and engineering excellence.

- Drive the delivery of production-grade products and platforms, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate strategic ideas into scalable technical solutions.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure across leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Implement modern DevOps practices, containerization, and orchestration frameworks.

- Ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure architecture.

Security, Reliability & Performance

- Establish strong security architecture and governance frameworks.

- Ensure systems meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, performance, and compliance.

- Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices to support highly available systems.

Team Building & Culture :

- Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class engineering and AI teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Provide leadership and guidance across engineering functions to ensure alignment and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 12-15 years of experience in technology leadership, software architecture, and platform engineering.

- Proven experience building and scaling technology platforms or digital products.

- Strong background in AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
