Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IAM Support Engineer (L2/L3) to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Azure Active Directory, SSO integrations, user lifecycle management, provisioning, and production support. This role involves supporting enterprise IAM solutions, resolving complex issues, managing identity governance processes, and ensuring secure access across business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

- Administer and maintain Saviynt environments, including troubleshooting production issues and performing health checks.

- Configure and support user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access certification campaigns.

- Design, implement, and maintain Identity Governance processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.

- Configure and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure SSO, and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Integrate enterprise applications with Saviynt using SAML, OAuth, WS-Federation, LDAP, REST, and SOAP protocols.

- Configure and manage connectors including Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, CSV, REST APIs, and Logical Connectors.

- Perform account reconciliation, identity synchronization, entitlement management, and access reviews.

- Develop and maintain SQL queries, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Saviynt.

- Support onboarding of new applications into the Saviynt ecosystem and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

- Monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot synchronization failures, provisioning errors, and workflow issues.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent resolutions.

- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

- Participate in system upgrades, patching, release management, and production deployments.

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks.

- Ensure compliance with IAM policies, audit requirements, and security best practices.

- Participate in on-call support and meet defined SLA commitments.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

- Experience in Saviynt administration, configuration, provisioning, and access governance.

- Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Single Sign-On (SSO), and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols:

1. SAML 2.0

2. OAuth 2.0

3. WS-Federation

4. LDAP

- Experience with AD and Azure AD synchronization and identity lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience onboarding connectors:

1. Active Directory (AD)

2. Azure AD

3. JDBC Connectors

4. CSV Connectors

5. Logical Connectors

6. REST API-based Connectors

- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services.

- Strong SQL skills for writing queries, custom reports, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

- Experience with identity reconciliation, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.

- Knowledge of IAM governance processes including access certification, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance.

- Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 production support in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.

- Saviynt Certified Engineer/Administrator certification is preferred.

- Microsoft Azure certifications are an added advantage.

- Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid identity environments.

- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Shell, JavaScript, or Groovy) is a plus.

- Experience integrating SaaS, cloud, and on-premises applications with IAM solutions.
