Key Skills & Requirements :

- Analyze business requirements and translate warehouse processes into SAP WM/EWM solutions.

- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design.

- Configure and support SAP WM / SAP EWM processes.

- Design warehouse organizational structures.

- Configure and support inbound warehouse processes.

- Configure and support outbound processes.

- Configure internal warehouse processes.

- Configure warehouse process types, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders and warehouse order creation rules.

- Work with Handling Units (HU), packaging specifications, batch management and serial number management.

- Configure and support POSC (Process-Oriented Storage Control) and LOSC (Layout-Oriented Storage Control).

- Support slotting, rearrangement, replenishment and storage optimization.

- Configure and support RF framework, RF transactions, mobile devices and barcode/scanner integration.

- Work with Warehouse Monitor for operational monitoring and issue resolution.

- Support PPF actions, exception handling and warehouse automation scenarios.

- Support integration with automated warehouse equipment, MFS/WCS/PLC where applicable.

- SAP identifies inbound processing, storage/operations and outbound processing as the major EWM process areas, with warehouse tasks/orders driving physical warehouse movements.

Integration Experience :

- Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD and PP.

Skills :

- 5-10+ years of SAP WM/EWM experience, depending on seniority.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP WM and/or EWM.

- At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations/rollouts preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM preferred.

- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes.

- Experience working with business users, developers and technical teams.

- Experience in production support and incident resolution.

- For senior EWM positions, current postings commonly seek around 5-8 years of experience and multiple full-cycle implementations/rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP EWM / S/4HANA certification.

- Experience with global/template-based implementations.

- Experience with decentralized EWM.

- Experience with warehouse automation.

- Knowledge of SAP TM integration.

- RF/mobile warehouse implementation experience.

- Barcode/RFID and label-printing experience.

- Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
