Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP WM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Thane, Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary functional expert, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to design, configure, and deploy high-impact warehouse management processes. By leveraging your deep expertise in S/4 HANA, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring that our clients' supply chain and logistics frameworks are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and seamless integration across the enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end SAP WM solutions to streamline complex warehouse operations and improve inventory accuracy for our global clients.

- Lead full-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts, ensuring that business processes are perfectly aligned with S/4 HANA capabilities to maximize system performance.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements and integrations, ensuring that the Warehouse Management System communicates flawlessly with other SAP modules and third-party logistics platforms.

- Provide expert-level functional guidance during the blueprinting, testing, and hyper-care phases to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption rates.

- Analyze existing supply chain bottlenecks and implement innovative SAP-based solutions that drive measurable improvements in throughput and cost-efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP WM configuration and S/4 HANA environments, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex logistics projects.

- Exceptional ability to translate intricate business needs into functional specifications, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing warehouse workflows to meet evolving business demands.

- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Thane, balancing on-site collaboration with independent project delivery.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting.
