About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SAP WM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, Handling Unit (HU) Management, queue monitoring, and integration technologies.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance warehouse management processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP WM solutions in S/4HANA environments.

- Manage and optimize warehouse management processes including :

1. Inbound Processing

2. Outbound Processing

3. Stock Transfer

4. Putaway & Picking Strategies

5. Queue Monitoring

- Handle and support Handling Unit (HU) Management processes within SAP WM.

- Work on integration with related SAP modules such as :

1. MM (Material Management)

2. SD (Sales & Distribution)

3. QM (Quality Management)

4. PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries)

- Support integration technologies, web services, RFC interfaces, and third-party integrations like OpenText.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP WM solutions.

- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and support knowledge transfer activities.

- Ensure smooth system performance and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA WM functionalities.

- Good understanding of related SAP modules :

1. MM

2. SD

3. QM

4. PP-PI

- Strong knowledge of Handling Unit (HU) Management.

- Experience in inbound/outbound warehouse processes and queue monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with integration technologies, RFC interfaces, and web services.

- Exposure to OpenText integration is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in support and implementation projects.

- Ability to work in Agile or fast-paced project environments.

? Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP EWM will be an added advantage.

- Experience in interface monitoring and integration support.

- Knowledge of warehouse automation processes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
