Job Description / Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and perform requirement analysis.

- Lead client and stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions.

- Perform testing, conduct user training, and provide implementation support.

- Set up and demonstrate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEF developments.

- Design, configure, and enhance SAP Warranty Management solutions.

- Work extensively on SAP LO-WTY Warranty Management with strong expertise in SD configuration and pricing.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in SAP Warranty Management (LO-WTY).

- Hands-on experience with :

1. LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle

2. IC/OC Claim Versions

3. Claim Functionality

4. SD Pricing and Pricing Enhancements

- Strong understanding of validations, substitutions, messages, and business rules using the VSR tool.

- Experience with Quality Code Catalogs at Header, Version, and Item levels.

- Knowledge of FICO integration and account key determination.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ACS Warranty Add-on.

- Knowledge of Service Contracts (VA42).

- Basic understanding of Supplier Recovery.

- Basic knowledge of ARM.
