Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vertex Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and Vertex Tax Engine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Vertex tax configuration, SAP Finance modules, tax determination, and SAPVertex integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and support the Vertex Tax Engine.

- Develop and maintain tax rules, tax categories, and jurisdiction mappings.

- Configure and support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax Configuration.

- Maintain tax-related master data and business events.

- Troubleshoot tax calculation and tax determination issues.

- Support SAPVertex integration and resolve production issues.

- Perform user administration, role management, and access provisioning in Vertex.

- Apply Vertex patches, updates, and certificates as required.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective tax solutions.

- Provide production support and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Vertex and SAP FI/CO.

- Strong knowledge of Vertex Tax Engine configuration and support.

- Experience with SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax Configuration).

- Hands-on experience with tax rules, jurisdictions, and master data.

- Knowledge of SAPVertex integration and tax determination processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
