Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury Manager with 9-12 years of relevant experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in treasury processes, cash and liquidity management, bank communication, financial risk management, and SAP Treasury implementations/support projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing treasury-related SAP solutions, stakeholder interactions, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Configure and support Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management, and In-House Cash.

- Manage treasury operations including cash positioning, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank reconciliation processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective SAP Treasury solutions.

- Ensure integration between SAP Treasury, SAP FI, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and other related modules.

- Support financial risk management processes including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risk management.

- Coordinate with banks and manage electronic bank statement processing and bank communication management.

- Participate in testing, defect resolution, user training, and deployment activities.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.

- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).

- Expertise in Cash Management and Liquidity Management.

- Experience with Bank Account Management (BAM).

- Knowledge of Bank Communication Management (BCM).

- Experience in Electronic Bank Statements (EBS).

- Strong understanding of Treasury Operations and Financial Risk Management.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions.

- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI and other finance modules.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in end-to-end SAP Treasury implementations.

- SAP S/4HANA Treasury certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working with global treasury processes and multinational organizations.

- Leadership or team management experience.
