Job Title : SAP Treasury Consultant (BCM & MBC) Migration Lead

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai (Client Office)

Experience : 7+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA migrations and implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end migration initiatives with a focus on Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), ensuring seamless transformation of treasury operations in SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation projects from planning to go-live

- Drive end-to-end treasury transformation initiatives

- Design and implement solutions in SAP Treasury, BCM & MBC

- Manage data migration, system integration, and testing activities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

- Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-go-live phases

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP Treasury

- Mandatory experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

a. Bank Communication Management (BCM)

b. Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC)

- Good understanding of SAP Finance integration points

- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in client-facing consulting environments

- Knowledge of banking interfaces and payment processing systems

- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance/Treasury is a plus
