Education :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a Manufacturing related discipline is preferred.

Experience :

- 6+ years of SAP delivery and configuration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations, with 4 years in SAP Transportation Management (TM) involving areas such as TM OTC, TM EWM, and a good understanding of B4NL.

- Functional and technical proficiency with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations and 2 years of industry and or consulting experience.

- Experience with implementation in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and knowledge of GxP is a big plus.

- S4 HANA experience for Manufacturing and TM solutions preferred.

- Self starter able to own end to end solution delivery.

- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with interfaces to external systems for data transfers and reporting.

- Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment, and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

Technical Skills Requirements :

Experience with configuration of SAP S4 HANA, ECC 6.0, MM, IM, and WM in the following areas :

- Inbound Delivery Processing

- Outbound Delivery Processing

- Logistic Service Provider Integration

- TM data setup including Transportation Lanes, Zones, Default Routes, and Rate Tables

- Good understanding of FUBR rules and TM conditions

- Internal Material Movement Processing

- Master Data

- Basic Stock Management

- Physical Inventory

- Batch Management

- Stock Transfer and Replenishment

- Inter Company Procurement

- Intra Company Procurement

- System Integration with third party Logistics Providers through interfaces

- System Integration with third party transportation planning and shipping tools for high volume small packages as well as LTL and FTL.
