We are hiring an SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant.

Locations : Bangalore / Hyderabad.

Work Model : Hybrid.

Experience : 7 - 10 years.

Notice Period : Immediate 15 days.

Job Description :

SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong experience in transportation planning, execution, freight management, and settlement.

Responsibilities :

- Assessing existing TM processes and dependencies.

- Defining the carve-out/target-state solution, configuration, master and transactional data migration, integration testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Architect and configure SAP TM solutions to align with global logistics strategies, ensuring the system supports complex freight settlement and planning requirements.

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from blueprinting and gap analysis to post-go-live support, to ensure high-quality delivery for enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with business process owners to translate operational challenges into scalable technical designs that enhance visibility and control over the supply chain.

- Manage complex integrations between SAP TM and other modules like EWM, SD, and MM to maintain data integrity and process continuity across the enterprise.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance during critical project phases to foster a high-performing team environment.
