Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM + SD/MM Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) along with a solid understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and support SAP solutions that optimize transportation, logistics, order management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation, logistics, sales, and procurement processes.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

- Support integration between SAP TM, SD, MM, and other SAP modules to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.

- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance support activities.

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices.

- Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical consultants to deliver effective SAP solutions.

- Support master data setup, transportation planning, freight management, order management, and logistics execution processes.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.

- Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for SAP-related incidents.

- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and support documentation activities.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and project methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of overall SAP consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) functional consulting.

- Good understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes.

- Good understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) processes.

- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and application support projects.

- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, logistics execution, and supply chain processes.

- Experience with business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

- Understanding of SAP integration points between TM, SD, MM, and other logistics modules.

- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting testing activities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Experience working in Agile and/or SAP project delivery environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
