Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects.

- Blueprint, configure, and customize SAP TM modules to meet complex business needs.

- Architect strategic freight planning, optimization, and execution workflows.

- Design complex multi-modal and international transportation networks.

Technical Integration & Mapping :

- Configure SAP TM integration with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA), EWM, and EM.

- Design interfaces using SAP PI/PO, CPI, or EDI for external carrier communication.

- Manage master data objects like business partners, locations, and transportation networks.

- Write detailed functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).

Business Processes & Configuration :

- Configure Freight Order Management, Freight Booking, and Forwarding Orders.

- Set up Charge Management, freight costing, and carrier settlement processes.

- Implement carrier selection, Tendering profiles, and automated planning runs.

- Optimize 3D load planning, package building, and container utilization profiles.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and present solution designs to executives.

- Manage client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor, train, and guide junior SAP TM functional consultants.

- Drive hypercare support, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
