Role Description :

This is a contract role for a SAP Testing Lead based in Hyderabad with flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing some work-from-home opportunities.

The SAP Testing Lead will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of SAP testing, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and resolving testing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring overall quality assurance for the SAP environment.

The role focuses on delivering accurate and efficient testing strategies to support the business processes and the implementation of SAP FICO and Master Data systems.

Qualifications :

Mandatory :

- Proven experience in a Manager or Lead role within SAP Testing.

- 8-10 years of total experience in SAP Functional areas (SD, MM, FI, PP, or relevant modules).

- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration points.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale SAP implementations.

- Exposure to automation initiatives and ability to partner with automation teams.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
